Over the past year, we’ve seen increasing demand from social care providers across England for specialist consultancy support. Providers are looking not only for compliance expertise but for partners who can help them strengthen their services, prepare for inspections, and deliver real, lasting improvements for the children and adults in their care.
To meet this demand, we’re expanding our national network of freelance consultants and Responsible Individuals (RIs).
Why We’re Expanding Our Network
From children’s homes to supported accommodation services, providers face constant pressure to balance regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and the wellbeing of the young people they support. This is no small task.
By bringing together a diverse group of experienced professionals, from RIs and compliance specialists to service development consultants, we can match providers with the right expertise for their unique needs, wherever they are in the country.
The Work We Do
Our consultants and RIs work closely with providers to:
- Strengthen governance and compliance
- Support Ofsted or CQC registration
- Conduct audits and inspection readiness reviews
- Develop policies, procedures, and service strategies
- Guide improvement planning and staff development
Every piece of work is supervised and quality assured by the Social Care Skills team, ensuring that standards remain consistently high.
