The Supported Accommodation Leadership Programme brings professional development into an ongoing structure. Rather than relying on isolated training events, SALP combines regular learning, leadership development, sector discussion and access to professional support.
The aim is practical: to help leaders remain informed, reflective and confident while strengthening the quality of the services they lead.

Access to ongoing professional learning and guidance, with Premium membership adding dedicated monthly consultancy time for individual or service-focused support.

Every month, SALP members have a dedicated two-hour leadership development session. These sessions are exclusive to programme members and create space to explore the challenges of leading a service, consider emerging practice and regulatory issues, and reflect on how leadership decisions affect teams, systems and young people.
Topics can respond to developments within the sector as well as recurring areas of leadership responsibility.

Leadership development needs vary. Instead of prescribing the same training to every member, SALP allows you to select up to two Social Care Skills Live Online Seminars each month from the available programme.
This allows your learning to respond to your current responsibilities, service priorities and areas where you want to strengthen practice.
