Sarah Andrews started her career as a healthcare assistant, and developed a deep understanding of personal care, mental health support, and inclusive education practices.

Sarah’s teaching journey includes supporting individuals with autism and ADHD, gaining expertise in Makaton communication, and holding pastoral roles in education. Her passion for mental health led her to earn a BA Hons in Social Work, furthering her experience supporting individuals facing trauma, family breakdowns, and complex care needs.

She combines her passion for education and well-being by delivering impactful training on mental health, mindfulness, and safeguarding. Sarah’s engaging, person-centred teaching style ensures participants leave with practical tools and a deeper understanding of mindfulness in professional settings.
