Social Care Skills (SCSkills) is excited to introduce the Supported Accommodation Leadership Programme, designed specifically for Managers (Nominated Individuals, Registered Service Managers and other managers) of Supported Accommodation Settings. This programme provides targeted support, professional development, and up-to-date information to help managers excel in their roles.

What the Programme Includes:
- Specialised Training Sessions:
- Access to up to 2 training sessions per month, chosen by the manager from the SCSkills course offerings, ensuring flexibility and relevance to your needs.
- Thematic Development Sessions for Discussion and Support:
- Participate in, at least, a monthly development virtual session lasting around 2 hours to discuss specific challenges, exchange ideas, and receive guidance on a focused topic.
- Topics will cover areas like leadership, regulatory compliance, safeguarding, workforce management and other relevant areas, ensuring ongoing development and peer support.
- Consultancy and Direct Support:
- Receive personalised consultancy and support tailored to the specific needs of your setting. Whether it’s regulatory issues, staffing challenges, or service development, our expert consultants will be available to offer hands-on assistance.
- Monthly Newsletter / Private WhatsApp Group:
- Stay informed with a private WhatsApp group featuring the latest news, government updates, legislative changes, and best practices in the supported accommodation sector.
Costs (Per Person):
- Standard Package: £125/month (+VAT)
Includes access to up to 2 training sessions per month, monthly development session (2 hours), and the WhatsApp group, with no additional cost for one person per provider. - Premium Package: £200/month (+VAT)
Includes everything in the Standard Package, plus 2 hours of direct online consultancy per month with one of our consultants. - Bespoke Package:
