Social Care Skills is pleased to introduce Sector Opportunities, a new space on our website designed to support connection, collaboration, and visibility across children’s and adults’ social care.

Sector Opportunities has been created as a moderated platform where organisations and professionals working across social care can share and access opportunities that are relevant, ethical, and aligned with good practice. This includes roles and vacancies, properties suitable for care provision, independent programmes and resources, partnership opportunities, sector events, and research or consultation activity.

As standard, all opportunities are published free of charge. This reflects our commitment to supporting the sector and ensuring that access to information and opportunities is not restricted by cost.

For organisations or individuals who would like increased visibility, we also offer the option to place an opportunity as a Featured Listing. Featured listings are given greater prominence within the platform to help increase visibility and reach. This option is entirely optional and does not affect the publication of standard listings.

All opportunities submitted to Sector Opportunities are subject to review prior to publication. Only opportunities that fall within the defined categories will be accepted, and publication does not constitute endorsement by Social Care Skills. Responsibility for due diligence remains with those engaging with any opportunity listed.
